Commercial Technician

Responsibilities:

Installation and repair of HVAC equipment. Technicians are responsible for performing scheduled maintenance on heating and air conditioning equipment for our customers. Technicians must have the ability to diagnose causes of equipment breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs in the performance of duties.

Universal Refrigeration Licenses
Valid Driver's License
Must be able to pass Background Checks and Urinalysis
Must have experience on Trane/Carrier equipment as well as other name brands of HVAC equipment
Proficiency in Honeywell, Barber Coleman, Siebe, Johnson, and Metaysys Controls Systems a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to think independently and solve problems
Must possess good customer service and communication skills
Able to build rapport with customers
Sales ability
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
College or Technician Degree in HVAC/Refrigeration
